Technical Due Diligence involves the coordination and management of specialist technical consultants carrying out due diligence on completed building stock prior to acquisition/disposal. This service is typically provided to Investment Funds, Pension Funds and Individuals seeking to acquire property assets.
Insolvency and Restructuring services involve Project Management of all technical and construction aspects of the Receivership including completing construction projects, negotiating existing deals and achieving the most commercial exit for the Receiver.
We firmly believe that the Project Manager should take a proactive leading role on the project, actively manage all stages of the project and maintain a collaborative team approach.
